Booking Conditions
A deposit is to be paid within 7 days of booking unless specified otherwise on the itinerary.
The balance is due no later than 28 days prior to departure.
Cancellations
For bookings cancelled after the deposit has been paid, the deposit per person will be forfeited.
For bookings cancelled after the final payment has been made and between 28 – 15 days prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total tour cost per person will be incurred.
For bookings cancelled 14 days or less prior to departure, a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour cost per person will be incurred.
NB: Special Conditions apply to fixed, non-refundable costs including theatre tickets.
Insurance
Travellers Insurance is recommended for accident or illness before or during the Tour. Contact us for details of our “Cover More” insurance.
Inclusions
Transportation, accommodation, meals and other activities as described in the itinerary are included unless listed as “own cost” or “optional extra”.
Luggage Allowance
One suitcase per person plus one overnight bag. Maximum total weight must not exceed 15kg.
The sum of its length, width and depth not to exceed 150cm.
Remember, if you can lift it, so will I.
All Seasons Tours and Cardigan Touring Service accept no responsibility for articles lost whilst on tour.
We request that you check all personal belongings before leaving the coach.
Smoking or Alcohol
Due to government regulations, smoking or alcohol is not permitted inside tour coaches. An opportunity to smoke will be given on breaks.
Change of Itinerary
As tours cover an extensive area of Australia, the operator reserves the right to alter itineraries or accommodation at its discretion.
Variations to Fares
Changes to fare & tour costs may occur including already published tours.
Responsibilities
All Seasons Tours (AST) and Cardigan Touring Services (CTS) accept no responsibility or liability in respect of detention, delay, loss, damage, sickness or injury, however and by whosoever caused and of whatever kind occurring, of or to the passenger at any time when the passenger is not aboard a coach operated by AST or CTS.
Neither does AST or CTS accept responsibility for added expense incurred as a result of the foregoing instances or the like personal expenses incurred by a passenger as a result of any delay, alteration or curtailment of any tour, whether caused by mechanical defect, acts of God, or any other cause, and is the responsibility of the passenger.
Travel Insurance is recommended.
The Schedule
The operator is unable to guarantee the exact arrival & departure times, and is not liable for failure to make connections with any other service or guarantee the operation of any other service.
In case of breakdown or other unforeseen circumstances, the operator reserves the right to substitute vehicles other than specified and if available, to enable operation of the Tour.
